Re-assess clear and present dangers remaining after execution of effective defensive measures.

Adapt defensive measures to inevitable alterations imposed by offenders.

None of that happens, ever, when the victims are made to believe that the power of awareness is an external power, rather than an internal one.

The former false propagandist then employs defensive measures, doing so by imparting his learning power to those students fortunate in their lives to be empowered by that former false propagandist turned into a defender of defense and a defender of deterrence; an actual teacher imparting the power of learning internally, and shedding the false belief that learning is an external power. This is done by example, not by covert means, and not by involuntary means of a more violent aggressive nature, such as threat of punishment (bad grades) for failure to obey without question.

Those in the cult await further orders from above, and while waiting they look for weaker people to consume, because that is the code uploaded into their operating system: involuntary association. They do not question the order, as ordered, and they operate within their turf, and if they dare to rise above their level, they are rewarded for doing so by standard means imparted into the code. Fraud, extort, torture, or murder everyone in your way, and so long as you always win, you take your rewards. That is blind obedience to falsehood without question. It is the naked code. It is the honor among thieves. It leads to the extinction of mankind. Deceive those above to get higher. Deceive those below to keep them from rising above. Each deception requires another two and before the end of mankind the total sum of deception is absolute stupidity.
