Before proceeding with unpacking the Roman Civil Rules Counterfeiting Common Law Report

It is important to prepare the reader with evidence of the organic common law due process. One might want to know what the original, genuine, object is, before too much effort is spent on discovering the fine details of the counterfeit version.

The original is bottom-up, which means that the original starts in each individual human being on their own authority, having their individual authority firmly discovered and used as the primary source of authority, and that includes any authorizations concerning judgments as to religion as well as judgments as to law.

A religious message from an external source finds a way to enter an individual mind from an external origin, and at that point of contact the individual has the individual power to decide if the religious message is fact based, true, and useful for any purpose under the sun, as determined by the individual receiving the external message. The same applies to messages as to law flowing through those channels where messages flow, as messages about law flow from individual to individual, eventually contacting each new receiver of any message about law.

A message about religion or law that enters an individual mind can be a message constructed in such a way as to turn off the individual capacity to judge facts and law, as well as religion. That can be seen as a virus, such as a Trojan Horse, which is supported with evidence as to purpose, with the story about the Trojan Horse used to counterfeit a message of generosity, as the aggressive Greeks sent a “gift” to the Trojans by the Greeks. This inspired the warning:

Beware of Greeks Bearing Gifts
“If a rival or enemy shows one generosity or kindness, one should be suspicious of their motives.”

Roman Civil Rules is packaged as a gift to humanity.

Caveat Emptor
“The principle that the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of goods before a purchase is made.”

That, if you have not given up on your own power of judgment, is the base principle behind “blame the victim.” That is a transfer of “responsibility” onto the defender for being weak, such as the weakness of innocence, trustfulness , sympathy, empathy, morality, gullibility, and infantile mindless obedience to falsehood without question. To be weak, is to be ripe for exploitation, so the hidden doublespeak warning is: do as I say, not as I do, which is the opposite of The Golden Rule. The offender blames the defender for the offense that is accurately accountable to the offender if the defender dares to defend against blind obedience to falsehood without question. That is not allowed by the offender, so the defender merely follows orders. The offender blames the victim if the victim dares to defend against the offenders offenses targeting the victim. This actually happens, as ridiculous as it may seem at first blush.

Man unkind: kills before being killed, lies before being lied to, rapes before being raped, tortures before being tortured, mass tortures and mass murders before allowing rivals to gain that arbitrary power first, and this is opposite The Golden Rule: doing onto others that which will be defended against, instead of doing unto others that which is acceptable to be done to self by others.

So basic law messages are before your eyes, your sense of right, your sense of morality, if you have not yet had that sense turned off internally by messages that contacted you, entered your mind, and turned that individual, internal, power of judgment off, which is then a Crossing of the Rubicon: there is no turning back.

1. You judge. You know that giving up your power of judgment enslaves you into a cult of psychopaths hell bent on destroying mankind. If you give up on your power of judgment you then aid and abet the cult leaders taking mankind all the way down to the torturous extinction event.

Message One, above, is at least formulated within the book titled The Bible, if not in every other religion under the sun, as the principle foundation of the laws that govern man KIND. Mathew 7:12, if it is anything under the sun, prescribes the law that governs mankind.

Message Two, below, is made from all the lies required to cover up the opposite of message One above, and these lies fill Counterfeit Law Libraries all around the Globe, including all the Counterfeit Religious Dogmas that give license to Cult members to steal away innocence from the innocent, with obvious demonstrations of doing so in time and place, not the least of which is the institutionalized systematic rape and enslavement of children World Wide under the Cover of Counterfeit Religion and Counterfeit Law.

The First Rule after Rule one above, is a rule having to do with the means by which counterfeit authority is questioned, first in an individual mind, then by voice or in written form, such as a Defiance or Solemn Notice of Mixed War. That second rule after the first rule is called The First Amendment in a Bill of Rights documented as a failed attempt to amend a Counterfeit Constitution.

With Roman Civil Rules the RULERS have already proven their malevolence as they ignore the Bill of Rights that attempts to rule out infringements of natural rights, such as, self-determination.

If, as the Golden Rule suggests, a RULER can do unto you that which a RULER would defend against, then, the RULER confesses malevolence in fact, a fact that matters in a Court Case at law.

Can you be subject to indictment for questioning the order to pay for your own enslavement?

Can you set in motion a presentment presented to a RULER caught red handed in the continued act of ignoring the RULES that the offender claims to be the offender's source of Lawful Power, since ignoring the RULES of Lawful Power confirms the fact of guilt while the RULER perpetrates that crime willfully?

A presentment is an invitation given to a suspected offender, given to the presumed to be innocent offender, given for the suspect to appear in court to face the evidence against the suspected offender, and if the suspected offender refuses to face the evidence against the suspected offender in a Court of Law, the suspected offender of the first offense thereby self-evidently confesses another offense, whereby the offender is throwing the book at himself in fact, self-evidently, self-confessing, self-guilt, while in the act of first ignoring the rules, then ignoring the rules again, as the rules the offender claims to be the source of his power are the same rules that the offender chooses to ignore.

Meanwhile, the slaves await their next order, to be obeyed without question, for fear of having the book thrown at them, as they run faster on their hamster wheels moving the Infantile State closer to the extinction event.

Actual law, and actual religion, the original, not the counterfeited, affords mankind the means to proceed to an unforeseeable better future on distant planets in time and space.

Actual law allows people to look outside the counterfeit law cage.

The law below forces each infantile mind into an Infantile State of constant fear of all except the next order to be followed without question, since counterfeit law, and counterfeit religion, feeds the first fearful threat with more fearful threats counterfeiting lovely, comforting, salvation from fear. If only I can have more fear will I some day be free from fear in my Infantile State.
