Michael Jaco, LT. Scott Bennett & Patrick Bergy: Situation Update

After Patrick Bergy plops the Tar Baby onto the round table and after Lt. Scott Bennett redirects away from the Treasonous Fraud accusation (Tar Baby) by Patrick Bergy, it is time for Michael Jaco to speak.

I stopped listening to Michael Jaco who also follows the redirection away from the Tar Baby, which to me is clearly a case of nonfeasance on his part, to avoid that Tar Baby is to delay the effective defense of the people by law, which is defense by peaceful means, doing so expediently, do so before further criminal violence is allowed to continue with more victims added to the growing list of victims. 

The clock is ticking as genocidal Treasonous Fraud continues and not one man, other than Patrick Bergy in this case, is willing to touch the Tar Baby that leads to prosecutions by law.

I stopped at Time 25:15 to deal with 2 points from the words of Michael Jaco. I do not agree with redirecting away from the Tar Baby, so I do not agree with Michael Jaco's decision to do so, but for now, these 2 points can help add to the inculpatory evidence used to convict the Treasonous Frauds.

Point One is that natural laws are followed when people leave greater evil in despotic areas and they decide to travel, at a high cost to them, traveling to lesser evil despotic areas. Jaco speaks about people from California moving to Florida, for example. People will naturally leave worse conditions as they perceive worse conditions, to move themselves to better conditions, which is just one more way to demonstrate sound judgment in free markets. Free-market natural laws governing human beings, force people to do the right things because those motions are the right things according to these individuals deciding these motions to do the right thing instead of the wrong thing, as they see it is right and not wrong.

Those natural laws, or free-market forces still working despite National Level Treasonous Fraud powers working to enforce blind obedience upon all Americans, which is documented in each transaction involving the use of National Central Bank Fraud Currency, or “petrodollars.” Everyone using that money, in any type of exchange including investments into defensive associations, are “just following orders,” like good Stasi members of National Communism, following orders to use National Communism currency, in all exchanges, so that National Communism Leadership can take their "piece of the action" with "inflation" tax. The same is true for all the good Nazi members of National Socialism, each transaction invests power into National Socialism Leadership. Left and Right Divisions of the Legal Fiction Nation-State all are forced to use the same Monopoly money used to fund Nationalism. So people moving from greater evil California to lesser evil Florida still choose the greater evil National currency that aids and abets the greatest evil Nation-State combination of Left National Communism and Right National Socialism. Like it or not, you better love it, as ordered, since you can't leave it, and don't question the order to pay.

Left parrots parrot the lie that they alone are “democratic.”

Right parrots parrot the lie that they alone are “republican.”

Both are Nationalists, which means that both aid and abet Totalitarian Top-Down Dictatorial Organized Crime Monopoly Powers that use people as property to transfer whatever can be stolen from productive people so as to satisfy the lust for power of those who dominate within Nationalist hierarchical structures.

Federated Republics are designed with natural laws and free-market forces allowing people to vote with their feet from Evil to Good, not from Greater Evil to Lesser Evil, so get that straight. Federated Republics operate continuously from bottom to top, organically, from grass-roots, as each individual is federated as an individual republic voluntarily associating with each other individual republic, each county is federated with each county, and each state is federated with each state, all are republics as res-publica means The Public Thing, and it does not mean The Elite Thing.

To be “republican” means to support voluntary association for mutual defense of all the people on an equal footing at law.

To be “democratic” means to support voluntary association for mutual defense of all the people on an equal footing at law.

Modern “Democrats” and modern “Republicans” are Totalitarian by Dictatorial (criminal) RULE from top going down to the least capable of defense. Every step from top to the least capable of defense is absolutely RULED by RULES that criminals enforce from Top to Bottom. Those best able to deceive, lie their way to the Top, and remain on Top with that fraudulent power. Those best able to extort, threaten their way to the Top, and stay on Top with that extorted power. Those best able to bribe, entice their way to the Top, and they defend their Top position by sharing the stolen loot with their underlings. Those best able to torture the disobedient into obedience, torture their way to the Top, and any underlings caught, or suspected of disobedience, are tortured into obedience so as to maintain Top-down Order. Those best able to mass murder those who cannot be overpowered with fraud, extortion, bribery, rape, torture, are locked up and “re-educated” with conditioned response brainwashing mind control methods until they obey Totalitarian Order, which explains Publik Skewl “Critical Race Theory,” and other documented Totalitarian Orders followed without question from Top to Bottom, and Manufactured Consent keeps those in power, in power.

Those who can not be enslaved are killed in most cases in very large numbers with a glut of historical examples of Killing Fields and Pogroms full of mass murdered innocent people whose “crime” according to National Socialism or National Communism is thoughtful and moral disobedience and failure to support Nationalism.

That was point one about moving from California and Greater Evil from Top to Bottom, and moving to Florida and Lesser Evil from Top to Bottom, while everyone is still using the Totalitarian funding mechanisms that keep the National Cartel in power. 

Point Two is Federated Republics Military Hierarchy versus National Military Hierarchy.
Many federated republics, each having military forces, on an equal footing at law, is not a National Monopoly Military all ORDERED from Top to Bottom to obey orders without question. The British National Monopoly Military was defeated by the American federated military forces as an example of which Military Hierarchy is more powerful militarily. 

Good defeats evil, a natural law consequence of moral authority. 

Why is a federation of military republics more powerful than a National Monopoly Military according to specific technical, tactical, and strategic logical and reasonable reasons?

All an enemy has to do to defeat a National Monopoly Military is to gain control over “The Decider.” Once the Top is corrupted all the lower levels follow orders without question. Once a population is captured, or annexed, which means dominated by Treasonous Frauds and their National Communism and National Socialism Left/Right Nationalism, once the whole area is corrupted and under Nationalism, "The Decider" is not ever “chosen” by The People, but that does not stop them from making such a claim with their fraudulent “elections.” Once the coup is realized, all one has to do is take over the Top position and the whole area of people constitutes your bounty of slaves.

It is easy to take over a Nation-State, just take out the leader, but how does one take over federated republics if they are actually federated republics?

Federated military republics authorize each individual as a competitive republic and each individual is duty-bound to refuse to follow criminal orders. The leaders are thereby "elected" with meritocracy, which is another way of defining free-market forces. Leaders will be the best at not following criminal orders. Each lesser credited "Leader of The Free World" is only one step down from being the best that money can buy at the vital work of not following criminal orders. Federated military republics nurture those who refuse to follow criminal orders from bottom to top.

What do all those people in competition with each other to be the best that money can buy at not following criminal orders do when one of them discovers a criminal issuing criminal orders?  

That clearly brings the topic back to the Tar Baby that Patrick Bergy plopped onto the discussion round table, where each partner in the discussion is on an equal footing at law. Patrick Bergy tables a motion to consider the facts that matter in the case of Treasonous Fraud on both “Sides.” The others at the same table choose to ignore prosecutable evidence of Treasonous Fraud on their Side. Lawful defense against criminal orders brought forward by one brave individual is SILENCED in fact by the other two people at the discussion round table where each is on an equal footing at law.

Witch Law?

If National Monopoly Military “Law” is dictatorial, which it is in fact, then that “Law” is what the Dictator says and no one is allowed to question it, ever. Dictators, as a rule, silence any evidence from any source, anywhere, indicting, impeaching, by inculpatory evidence, the Dictators choice to resort to Treasonous Fraud.

Treasonous Fraud is a necessary power requirement in ORDER for Totalitarian “governments” to form and perpetuate.

If federated military republics abide by law, and the best law that money can buy is the common law, then The People move, voting with their authority to do so, moving to freedom, liberty, and voluntary mutual defense of each other, as each individual republic is on an equal footing at law, to accuse anyone else of treason, and have those charges validated lawfully by each other, and by grand juries in each county. A foreign dictatorial enemy would have to take over every county jurisdiction in order to defeat all of America. Each time one county fell to the enemy, those people in that county could vote with their internal moral conscience to move by legal MOTION to table the evidence inculpating named Treasonous Frauds rioting in the blood of the innocent in their county, on their watch, or, if that county is lost to Tresaonous Frauds, after giving legal notice to those Treasonous Frauds in that county, then people vote with their feet to MOVE to the next county to empower the next lawful county with more competitors refusing to obey criminal orders. 

Do you know why, when, and how Lavoy Finicum was murdered as he was going from county to county talking to the people in those counties about enemies of The People in their counties?

LaVoy Finicum was informed by members of grass-roots militia forces that he would be murdered in the county he was at if he did not escape to a more friendly county where there was a “Constitutional” sheriff, not a sheriff corrupted by the National Communists and National Socialist Cartel. LaVoy Finicum did not heed the warning expediently, and that gave the enemies domestic time to set up the ambush.

Treasonous Frauds – as a rule – purge those who are most effective at exposing their crimes, the evidence thereby leads from the corpse to the Treasonous Frauds who murdered the formerly living human being.

Top-Down National Communist and National Socialist Cartels, such as the one in America that started in 1789, require only one successful lawful action to bring it down, so as to bring it down peacefully, removing the head of the beast by due process of law, and then all the lower level Swamp Dwellers are without their Fearless Leader. That is the Achilles Heel of Nationalism or any Totalitarian Cartel. That is why the CCP now controls America, they know the game, they are probably lower-level puppets themselves.

The power of due process of law is a two-edged sword, or a defensive shield, and an offensive sword, which is a mixed analogy of the competitive option of federated republics in competition with Nationalism for hearts and minds. Rather than having to defeat only the Top to take control of, and have possession of, a Nationalist Dictatorship, the only way to take over an area where all the people in that area are federated republics, is to corrupt the hearts and minds of every single one of them, and then every single former defender is nullified or turned into a fellow Rat in the Rat Race of Nationalist Dictatorship. Each individual republic in a federation of republics, each individual human being on an equal footing at law, is duty-bound at birth. Each individual is born with the license to defend everyone else in the land where the law of the land is the binding defensive power as a shield for all The People. Each individual republic, in a federation of republics, is also born naturally with the license to PROSECUTE any enemy suspected of being an enemy rioting in the blood of the innocent in their county, duty-bound to do so, as the SWORD edge of the double-edged sword of The Law of The Land. Legem Terrae, the law of the territory, the law of the land, is the common law, with independent prosecutors, independent defendants, independent grand juries, and independent trial jurors, all with license, all born with law degrees, to practice law vigilantly, according to their moral conscience, to bring to justice all offenders who threaten our means to defend ourselves.

I will rest this update here until tomorrow. While waiting, I wonder, what are the odds that these three people can create a brain trust to then resolve to make a motion to move back to due process of law instead of just following Nationalist Cartel orders without question?
