I understand this. I agree for as far as it goes. I personally try as much as I can to simply deal with the words that people write as they are written in front of me. But I agree that sometimes that other knowledge comes through and colors my responses.

Please do not feel insulted or offended. I am trying to hear you / listen to you and understand what you are saying. I am not trying to offend you. Only to understand.

What does this mean? Who is telling you to "suck it up"? What happened to "your wife and child"?? Is this referring to you and your child? What does that mean?

If I understand you and your question correctly, that is a matter to be decided by the courts. You have the right to file a lawsuit if you need to / want to. It will probably be very difficult for you (for anybody) but I think there are several very legitimate avenues of attack (legal attack-- by lawyers, in court) to pursue your issue in court-- regarding GENERAL freedom of speech, not specific torts that you might think apply to this site specifically. That would have to be an issue for you and your attorney(s) to address. Please be advised that I am not a lawyer, I am simply giving you my opinion as one citizen to another.

Are you referring to the Admin on this site or the site owners by any chance? I do not know any of them, but if that is the case then your attorney will be able to contact them. They have to register the site in the name of some legal entity (a person, corporation or other legal organization). They have to provide information so that they can be legally contacted if necessary. Again, your lawyer can assist you with that. Or you can write to the corporation commission in your state, or you can probably get the information through the SEC if they are a publicly held company or are registered / chartered to do business in more than one State. Alternately the FCC might help you track down who they are, but they will probably not have any other jurisdiction or interest in your case unless it meets certain very specific communications-related guidelines, which I'm guessing it does not. But they have helped me in the past figure out how to contact organizations and/or at least assisted me in contacting the right agency to get more information.
