Apparently the slogan "love has no age limit" was used in a video suggested by the learning pack at a segment that showed two old people. I think their intent was to convey the message that love can still be experienced by and shared between the elderly, although why they felt the need to promote this rather obvious and pointless message is beyond me. And out of context, this could potentially confuse a child into thinking that being "loved" by an "elderly" person is acceptable or normal. I doubt this was their intent, but the road to hell and all that.

The suggested reading is the most egregious part of the controversy. The book is clearly not acceptable. And the "LGBT community" in the UK do more harm than good every time they are associated with explicit sexual content and sexual abuse. The story apparently contains references to sexual abuse of children.

Don't buy "home learning packs" from ASDA, and especially not ones that promote "diversity".
