How do people deal with PC bullcrap at work? I work in a big tech company. Like many other people there, I am in "ignore" mode, but it's getting harder and harder. The funny thing is the place is like 90% H1B. There are entire groups that are all Indian. RamZ, I feel like you could go a whole segment on how to deal with this (PC propaganda at work), without going insane. Why do they push this crap on us? What to do? In the meantime, wow do other people deal with this?

Even worse is that it's not just annoying missives from HR celebrating homos and trannies or celebrating one of the many other groups of which I'm not a member. There is a real push for even more changes in hiring and promotions that will put me and other heterosexual white males at even more of a disadvantage. I imagine there will be hard quotas whether official or not.
One of the main problems with America today is that the attitudes have changed for the worse. People no longer value the American ideal of free and open speech. Perhaps this is due to the demographic changes. I never appreciated free and open speech myself until recently. It was like air, something one is conscience of only when it's gone.

They are smart, they work hard, and they come on a greedcard, so they are indentured servants. When we open a job, all we get is indian guys and chinese female new grads (thats all that applying)
