He made a bad call imo. Should've gone to jail and waited it out a bit. There's ways to commit suicide in jail. Maybe he had insider information about the jail he was going to and the black prisoners who would've been there to cruelly and unusually punish his rear.

That poor mofo, confronted with a situation he never asked for, did what was totally right and justified (well, a few years ago at least} was staring down the barrel of state prison
(ha, fair trial? Oh jury of peers went away a long time ago), yeah, not really shocked. Could have been death by cop. Chose not to harm another. Rest in Peace

This story pisses me off! There are posts on social media from people like Shaun King calling him a white supremacist and hundreds of his followers laughing and praising his suicide. This story shows that diversity is the antithesis to any nation’s strength and health.
To those who enable the rioters to put this man into this position: I hope you get what you deserve.

@Serg97 You know, my bro-in-law likes to say that, but ever since I took my gun training and became aware of the b.s. our legal system can play, I've been very leery of that maxim.
@coalburned I'll take my chances, I put on a badge and a gun 50 years ago, I feel naked without a gun!!!
PS. I have never had to shoot anyone, but I am still packing, so I hope my luck last!!!!
You can never be sure that it will be you or yours that you have to defend, but that is up to you, I made that decision 50 years ago!!!!
