It is the typical tool of the authoritarian political movements throughout history to accuse their opponents of the things they themselves are doing. The current crop of authoritarians in America are no different. By accusing Congressman Gaetz of sex trafficking, they actually admit to enabling the trafficking at the border, endorsing the vile actions on a certain island in the Caribbean, and participating in the crimes they want to distract us from by tarring a stanch opponent of their movement and their crimes.
