The hospitals here have large amounts of staff call in sick after receiving the vaccine.

Every member of parliament and their families and every civil servant and their families need to take the jab before asking us to take it. I will not take it voluntarily

Especially so with the Astra Zeneca jab. Have heard of stories here of nurses buying antipyretics (e.g. Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, etc.) because this particular jab gave them the chills for up to a week. The vaccines are clearly not the same. If anyone has to (e.g. work related requirement) get a jab, go for the least bad news. But, still, best if you didn't.
