What scares me is that officers, doing a tough job, will now be subject to the "terrorist' charges which generally carry onerous penalties including excessive time in prison. If this becomes the norm I hope all officers simply leave the profession. Although dangerous proposal from me for society, you'd have to be nuts to do their crazy-making job knowing some asshat DA could and will push this agenda.
@toronto_Georgia pushing the limits of what the officers' conscience allows. I'm afraid the new "legal" orders will be followed unquestioningly by a large chunk of them.
