Twenty years ago, before I bought the restaurant that I worked in for twenty years prior, my bosses wife asked me how I handle 300 people packing in and out every weekend night. My answer was, “organized chaos”. Thank you, Dr. Peterson. Maybe now I understand the “why” to my “how”.
