Yes. But Big Business should not be competing with residents for little resources, specially water.
@eschatologyguy You mean like Nestle? Water rights for citizens appears to be unprotected worldwide.
@toronto_Georgia apparently, to deconstruct an old adage, money is thicker than water. Solution? Drill a well somewhere inside your home, install a simple pitcher pump on it, and keep it hidden.
@eschatologyguy we are on well water and you can't visibly see the well head 
"Cloud" storage of your data, no matter how encrypted, is the one sure way of giving Big Tech unfettered access to your files.
