Can the water be recycled?

Yes. But Big Business should not be competing with residents for little resources, specially water.

@eschatologyguy You mean like Nestle? Water rights for citizens appears to be unprotected worldwide.

@toronto_Georgia apparently, to deconstruct an old adage, money is thicker than water. Solution? Drill a well somewhere inside your home, install a simple pitcher pump on it, and keep it hidden.

@eschatologyguy we are on well water and you can't visibly see the well head 🙂
