I would normally account this to incompetence, but seeing all the things they're doing and taking them together, they're really quite competent at dismantling the United States of America.

It may be their aim to take over the US and/or the World, for whatever purpose, or they are just as stupid as everyone else in history thinking that they are smarter than everyone else.
