Hubby and I were just talking about all the people losing or quitting jobs over the mandates. They will not be allowed to collect unemployment insurance AND all their medical and prescription coverages end. If you can't go into stores at some point, how do you get prescriptions and how do you pay for them?

The employees have paid into Employment Insurance and are entitled to receive it.

Our "superior overlords" don't see it that way. Disobedience must be punished.

It is all illegal segregation and a form of discrimination to induce/force compliance capitulation.

They say we have no rights on vaccinations via the dictatorship mandates, but the People retain rights even though there is no specific enumeration. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

They try to use a Supreme Court case from 100 years ago as justification. Yet, there was the 18th Amendment that prohibited people from putting stuff INTO their bodies voluntarily that they wanted to drink, made it illegal. That was 14 years after that vaccination case by the way, and all of it had a religious undercurrent of the temperance movement. Then the 21st Amendment repealed the 18th, another 14 years later.

The high court has said in numerous decisions on other cases, that it expects reversals and challenges to the status quo, just due to the natural course of human events and the progress of technology. Experimental inoculations might come before the court, but I seriously doubt the advocates for the efficacy want their numbers scrutinized.

The advocates of bureaucracy for herd inoculation will be laughed out of court, simply with question. If the federal employees of the government, who go door to door house to house mailbox to mailbox, daily in the course of conducting business for the federal government, and they are not required to be vaccinated? Then why on what grounds can you justify the imposition of involuntary inoculations? It is nothing short of tyranny and draconian hypocrisy.

But now apparently, they ( the advocates for herd inoculation) are trying to circumvent the employees union once again with that it is required under business protocols. I am guessing that none of them remember the postal workers strike under the Trump administration as a negative impact.

The mandate is unconstitutional. But they are wiping their asses with the constitution. We have to take it to the Supreme Court. We sue the government. When they leave us without a choice. They take our freedom away. It’s called fascism and tyranny. How can one prosper without the opportunity to work. Go steal? They are forcing us to obey their rules or basically die. The Supreme Court is the highest Office. Above the president. We seek them. To strike down these stupid rules. THEY SHALL NEVER BECOME LAW

@toronto_Georgia if they gave the accurate amount of casualties from the side effects, an estimate from the infighting over it, and what will the children to be born be like from those vaccinated mitochondrial DNA alterations adulterated (if its superior then it is clearly Master Race of Nazi implications) but to say it simple with just the known people, its been going on a long long time. Buy your meds or buy food, do this or that or pay the light bill ~~ it will be like all the other wars of attrition, just estimates/projections and only G-D knows the truth 😟

@Saigon2o Kind of. I agree Supreme Court it is, however, in the meantime many will die or at the least end up homeless as a result of Biden's edicts.

The Court system is multi-level (like a chain of command) and must be traversed at each level prior to approaching the Supreme Court and then the Supreme Court has to agree to hear the case(s).

@toronto_Georgia Yes, I know how it works but you know cases of this kind get struck down from the get go. We have a shot. There is no precedent to rely on so they have to hear it, bottom line. The right to be heard is in the constitution. I’m reading on how to get the wheels to turn as slow are they are. Maybe?!?

@Saigon2o This man is also getting the process going in the German courts with the ultimate goal to be Nuremberg 2.


Thomas Renz is doing it in the US. I suspect there are a few more here, and cases have been favorably decided in Canada and more going through.

Biggest problem here is Soros' years of setting Dems as judges throughout the court system.
