Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.He gave a fireside chat at the California Economic Conference and explained that he stayed home from Scotland in order to spend Halloween with his kids, who were upset that he never spends time with them. Worked in his office last week on the vaccine for children and economic issues. Or so he says.

@eschatologyguy I had heard he had Bell's Palsy.
@toronto_Georgia I know somebody in CA. She said Newsom is not sick. He went trick or treating with his kids (his explanation) and attended a wedding. But he reportedly looks a little gaunt or thin than his usual.
@toronto_Georgia I would not have sent him a get well card if the rumor had been true.
It is odd. These types of politicians don't like to remain out of the spotlight too long. Doubt we'll ever know the truth.

If he has Bell's Palsy, I believe that at least lasts for months. He's too vain to appear in public with half his face limp and frozen in place.
