First of all, that clip from CBS news is certainly among the most pretentious and yet obtuse presentations I have ever seen. The information they presented was not the result of their own investigative efforts, they simply interviewed Chuck Grassley and then looked at the documents he had collected, laboriously over the past several years. They’re claiming credit for something they didn’t do. But then, they wrap it in this pseudo intellectual explanation of “why” the transactions were flagged without any effort to get to the implications of those transactions—implications affecting national security, for starters.

So now they're turning against the ones they once protected?
