Humans can't fly, even if they had wings. The reason is because the minimum power/mass to fly scales as Mass^{1/6}, and metabolic power/mass scales as Mass^{-1/6}.

The heavier you are, the larger the power/mass required to fly. There's no way you could make something that massive fly.

The motors are electric. That means it's dead on arrival. It's so dead on physics grounds that it's offensive. Why do people bother making these videos?

Power/Mass required to fly = 200 Watt/kg

Power/Mass of an electric generator = 200 Watt/kg

The generator can't even fly itself, much less a plane. Even if the heat source has zero mass, you need an electric generator to produce electricity.

A jet engine can fly because it has a power/mass of 16000. A gasoline engine is 8000 Watt/kg.

it is a concept, not something that can be built I believe

And free unicorns, too. Wheee!

Fusion is not working, so cross that off the list of doo-dads needed to make this thing.

As to being powered by fission, no problem. The bloody thing is the size of a cruise ship. If you can cool a fusion plant you can cool a fission one.
The view would be darned boring after about 2-3 days. "Ooh, more clouds."
