Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Lessee, what African country was it? Congo? Uganda? I forget. They passed a law that provided a death penalty for anyone "raping" a minor. And, under that law a minor cannot consent so any sexual attempt on them is rape. And, of course, Western MSMedia described it as anti-gay.
Bulgaria out to give that a try.
