This is an awesome testimony exposing the corruption that has again taken root in our government. From time to time, this has happened in our history, and we have many times had to do the painful work of identifying and prosecuting individuals comprising large networks of corruption.

If we don't support people like Sidney Powell, we risk allowing the corruption to fester, continue to weaken society and destroy good people. History shows it is ALWAYS the Democrats. From the KKK, to Huey P. Long, to Rod Blagojavic - to mention a small fraction of them. Think of the increased danger this poses for elected officials from WITHIN our government! And the corruption grows unchecked if they can convince you that they were not corrupt, but the people trying to stop them were. Look at history. Its obvious.

There is no justice unless we demand it. It is no longer something which we can trust.

That is a false premise, followed by a compounding of the original falsehood.

It (the department of injustice) is not broke, therefore it won't be fixed, not by those who use it for the intended purpose it was made in the first place.

Beginning with the Judiciary Act of 1789, written by criminals, disseminated by criminals, and enforced by criminals ever since, the purpose has been, is, and will continue to be usurpation of the law of the land, which is the common law, and it is no coincidence that the Judiciary Act was rammed through before Amending the Slave Trade Central Bank Fraud Constitution of 1789 with the Bill of Rights.

The first Dictator George Washington of the newly created Dictatorship (built on the ashes of the former federation of independent states) got away with the capital, treasonous, crime of assembling a conscripted National Army to invade the former independent State of Pennsylvania to extort National extortion payments (on whiskey) to create the demand for the National Central Bank Counterfeiting and National Debt Scheme. George and company got away with that treasonous crime, so much for JustUS in America from then on. See next the so-called Alien and Sedition Acts and the kangaroo summary justUS court trials employed to further usurp actual law (ancient law, common law, the law of the land, legem terrae) in all the former independent counties, in all the former independent states, in what was formerly a federation of independent states UNDER the common law.

Appellate means usurpation.

An example is provided anytime a jury in a common law trial by jury's decision is overturned by government appointed "judges" taking the law into their own unjust, corrupt, biased hands.

Every single member of the fake government is guilty of at least nonfeasance, misfeasance, or malfeasance as they continue to support the original usurpation for their own personal profits.

Every single judge or government "prosecutor" misinforming juries, or anyone, about the lawful jurisdiction commanded by jury members (grand and trial), is guilty of very serious crimes, jury tampering not the least.
