Well, of course. They'd already tried to force their versions of "ethics rules" onto the courts. Tried to violate the separation of the three branches of gov'mt.
Democrats are actively implementing sedition. Undermining an entire branch of gov'mt = sedition.

Surly the court has powers of its own. Those wishing to intimidate a court would be in contempt. I believe people found in contempt are put in prison.

They know that they won't be able to get this done—at least not for the time being—but the Democrats continue in their attempts to bully and intimidate the Court.
