There is the Executive Director, the board of directors, usually comprised of investors who want to remain rich, sometimes the ED keeps dictatorship of the company, this similarity to government structure is sometimes confused or identified with socialism and the best way to run things, mistakenly mixing business with forming a society and molding the nature of everything. Very narcissistic and verging on psychopathy wanting to control everything. Very scary.
