America was just a single instance of this expansion. America died because of a false belief that if we just believe we are all brothers and sisters inside, we will be.
Time to move on.

There are a lot of people from India who are Caucasian but have very dark skin, they are next. Then people like liberals who don't deserve to be Caucasian, along with Atheists and non-Christian people. After that we must weed out all those who are not the right kind of Christian, Unitarians, Roman and Orthodox Catholics, Mormons, High Church Episcopalians, High Church Lutherans, Congregationalists, Presbyterians, Christian Scientists, Methodists, Quakers, etc. Only then will we have the freedom to fight among ourselves until we have a single person, badly wounded but still standing.

A century of indoctrination has not made the Polynesian and Asian peoples of Hawaii into Americans. As a child I felt all the white American stuff we were learning by rote was alien, but I couldn't find the words to express how I felt until I ditched CivNattery as an adult.
When I learned about how the Japanese tried to 'assimilate' their Micronesian subjects in the interwar years, I understood how the Micronesians must have felt about being forced to worship at Shinto shrines.
Once Japanese rule ended, the great shrine for the sun goddess on the MIcronesian island of Palau was dismantled:
The Palauans had no more reason to pretend to care about a foreign deity.
Biology and shared history trumps wishful thinking.
