Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Frankly, I feel certain that most soldiers think this woke stuff is nonsense, and they are probably embarrassed by what the higher ups are doing at the behest of the Biden administration. My heart goes out to them, and I hope they will hang on long enough to wait for a new and, hopefully better, administration to be voted into office. I fear many of the best officers might be tempted to resign their commissions and many of the best enlisted may refuse to reenlist when their time comes. This happened under the Carter administration to some extent, and it became a problem under the Clinton administration as well, if memory serves. Anyway, I hope most people don't mistake such crazy woke stuff coming from the top as the norm in the Army, or in the rest of the U.S. military for that matter, because I seriously doubt that it is. In fact, as I have already indicated, I suspect that it is severely hurting morale.

@Hamulus That would be a big problem. I'm hoping most will keep in mind that the political wind changes periodically and that policies change with it. Still, when a person is asked to violate his conscience on a significant moral issue, I don't blame him for taking such a stance. I guess we will have to wait and see. I'm so thankful that Ronald Reagan was my Commander-in-chief when I served.
