So when you stand up for your views and ideas you get attacked, defamed and doxxed. In what world we are living inn. The only truth is their version of the truth which is twisted far to the left. Not only is this frustrating and sad but it is also quite dangerous for our nation because they abandon their role as protectors of our republic

I don't think it will be thrown out, the bar is lower for a private citizen and lower yet for a minor. I think they will settle and have a non-disclosure agreement.
