Make them amusing, so much so that Feds doing the surveillance print them out and post them on the walls. Get them fighting among themselves.

They are so far from knowing what they think they know that they're not only a danger to the people, but maybe eventually themselves.
Staggering, really, the capacity they have for underwhelming.
How many billions and how many hours were spent for them to understand so poorly?

The FBI should go flag themselves!
When the First Amendment to the Constitution was honored, not long ago, a warrant was required for any wiretap. Now apparently the FBI can make a case for anything they want? We, the People are responsible for this. My reps tell my they hear from almost no one else but me. If you don't write and demand that the FBI be held accountable to the Constitution, don't expect them to back off.
