The criminally insane claw their way under cover of darkness into positions of arbitrary power as only the inhumanly greater evil criminal can, proven each time, not the least of which were Caligula, Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao, and now Mr. Pedo.

Granting access to whatever overlords may want to grant themselves, from the current Chinese Communist Party location, to the home team Puppet location, they actually grant themselves power to order orders to everyone else, ordering everyone else to obey their orders blindly. Totalitarian order givers effectively do so, proven beyond reasonable doubt, and anyone daring to disobey the order not to see the facts that prove the case, are dealt with before they even think about questioning those orders.

The victims will not question those orders, therefore the victims will not bring the facts that prove the case before a criminal trial jury in any Court of Law.

Central Command issues those orders from the location those orders are issued each time, every time, a matter of fact, and a fact that matters. Each Central Command Location is precisely known, each Central Commander goes to that location each time they go to that location in order to issue those criminal orders they claim must be obeyed without question.

Defenders exist in their locations each time. Defenders are located in any of over 3,000 counties from sea to shining sea across America.

Loco locomotion locates each absolute dictator from place to place as they grant themselves dictatorial powers. Each of many Loco Dictators, having stolen the power of defensive government in America, are now turning US decidedly against US. Each Treasonous Fraud is now enslaving all Americans under one monopoly of power and profit, with the worst evil individuals among their number, the worst evil ever to have ever clawed its way under the cover of darkness into positions of arbitrary and as absolute power as is inhumanly possible.

Torture is the rule, where cruel and unusual punishment was once outside, not inside, the well-established rules that constitute the law of the land.

The lunatic command of Monopoly, Empire, Organized Crime, National Socialism, National Communism, or just plain old Nationalism, is the absolute arbitrary power executed from a single, demonic, mind, torturing and murdering humanity for as long as mankind has disobeyed the order to forget the accurate accounting process that documents actual history.

All weaknesses for those in desperate need of an accurate accounting of the facts that matter in any criminal case are opportunities to be seized by evil people at that moment in that place.

Are you prepared to make sense of due process of law, or do you prefer to remain subjected to counterfeit law enforced from locations foreign to your human nature?

A malevolent criminal brain issues an order that harms people all over the world and in each victim that injury is realized as the attack eventually travels from that malevolent criminal location, finding the target location, as the force sending the attacking agent to the targeted victims inject the targets with precise damage as ordered. The injection pierces the brain/body barrier of each victim, in that specific location. That precise injury, forensically located, is an actionable cause at law to defend against any further attacks, based upon the facts that matter materially right there in that location, where that crime scene is forensically recording all the evidence of the crime precisely as it happens.

The malevolent criminal brain orders the end of forensic discovery of inculpatory evidence proving beyond reasonable doubt that the malevolent brain ordered the injury to each of those innocent victims.

Reasonably, the start of the defense starts locally, at each location, which is located in each county, and logically the clearest and most present dangers are those hidden behind the veil of Treasonous Fraud emanating from Central Command. It is not unreasonable to put into place, on a lawful cause to act in defense, on a valid accusation from a private, individual, prosecutor, the names of the worst offenders first, but it is demonstrably unreasonable to expect that those powerful enough to harm everyone from their Central Location will invite accusers to travel from all around the world to that central location to beg for mercy. Unless, of course, they are blindly obedient, and they are told to do such stupid and servile counter-productive acts that are against natural laws.

The Supply Chain supplying Treasonous Fraud from the Central Locations emanates outward, from Central Command, infecting all who are injected with it, and each injection is another local crime scene, warranting defense at that location, all the way out through that demonic Supply Chain to each and every victim harmed by the injection of Treasonous Fraud.

Who says there are no job opportunities, other than those told, or bribed not to look for them?

Logically, each crime scene involves a local defender, or local defenders helping each other cooperatively, at each crime scene, warranting the name of each offender, on each accusation, moved to each independent grand jury in each common law county, with the help of a sheriff, or not.

Independent grand jurors, in each county, have jurisdictional powers to deputize, to authorize, executors, to form one, or form many, as many as needed, from one newly elected sheriff, to form a posse when resistance to lawful orders are held in contempt by the contemptuous or the treasonous.

A sheriff may be discovered as one more Treasonous Fraud. A sheriff may be stacking juries, infringing upon natural rights, or resisting the arrest of Treasonous Frauds caught Red-Handed busily perpetrating Treasonous Fraud, such as any one of their many numbers named on a valid cause to act at law in defense of the innocent from the guilty. Each presumed to be innocent, named defendant, named on the warranted presentment generated by each True Bill, leads to each presentment, and to each trial by jury.

How many trials drain the swamp, where are all those unemployed victims?

The so-called sheriff aids and abets fellow Treasonous Frauds, contemptuous of court orders, warrants delivered to the now caught Red-Handed conspirator, resisting the arrest of further Treasonous Fraud, on our watch, on our dime, and the prescription is to plead with that sheriff for mercy?

I have no legal standing at law, you took that away, here is your reward, my abject subjection to your arbitrary rule, begging for mercy at the feet of your omnipotence?

From Top to Middle to the Bottom of the demonic barrel, and even below that barrel, into each torture chamber, each conspirator enjoining all the other criminals, even the local sheriff, in each county, is precisely what they are at their past, present, or future locations in fact.

Test case?

If an office holder is compromised, obstructing justice, preventing accurate accountability, refusing to move witness testimony from private prosecutors, who traditionally are victims themselves, moving the evidence to independent grand jurors, to establish probable cause, to present the accused with a court date, bringing each accused, named, individual before the representatives of the people in that county, bringing the evidence material to the case to those republican trial jurors, whose powers are by common law greater than any black robed judge presiding over a Summary Justice Court from a Treasonous Fraud “bench,” which turns out to be a false claim of arbitrary authority, totalitarian dictatorship writ large, factually accounted as such, by the mere fact that the “judge” from his “bench” will claim lack of “standing” in a case where the “judge” is named as a defendant on a True Bill from any of many independent grand juries, so as to move the “judge” off his “bench,” and directing an actual criminal trial in a trial by jury criminal case, as done by precedence according to the common law, in a Court of Law, not a Court of Exchequer, Equity, Admiralty, Human Trafficking, or Family Kangaroo Court Summary Justice proceeding.

A Giant Wall of Text having no standing at law ever?

What if Bill Gates or Mr. Pedo or a greater evil individual named on a True Bill from any of the thousands of grand juries prefers to hold a common law court in contempt? What if the presumed to be innocent accused individual named on the invitation ignores the True Bill that led to the presentment of the indictment inviting the named defendant to the opportunity to defend against the accusations? 

Bill Gates says no, I am immune from prosecution, and that closes that contempt of court case by his arbitrary rule without any challenge from any quarter on an entire planet of human beings?

"The British occupation of Philadelphia was the seminal event of the War for Independence in Pennsylvania. Following Washington's defeat at Brandywine Creek, the British army entered Philadelphia on September 26, 1777. The Continental Congress and the Pennsylvania state government had already fled the city, and Washington would eventually withdraw his army to Valley Forge for the winter. Historians estimate that about one-third of Philadelphia's population, some 12,000 people, had fled the city in advance of the invasion.

"The state government, in exile in Lancaster, soon began hearing reports of Pennsylvanians who were actively aiding or joining the British army. In March 1778, the Assembly, with assistance from Chief Justice McKean, passed a law entitled "An Act for the attainder of divers traitors." The law named twelve prominent individuals who had sided with the British and required them to appear for trial by April 20, 1778. If they failed to appear, they would be deemed "convicted and attainted of high treason, to all intents and purposes whatsoever." The Act also authorized the Supreme Executive Council to issue additional proclamations naming persons who had joined the British army. Any such persons who failed to appear for trial would also be attainted of high treason. Although such conditional bills of attainder would soon be prohibited by the U.S. Constitution, Pennsylvania did not seek primarily to hang people without trials, but to seize promptly the abandoned estates of loyalists who had fled to the British. The law accordingly set forth various procedures for seizing the estates of those persons who failed to report for trial."
