Achilles Heel I

Google says:
“An Achilles' heel (or Achilles heel) is a weakness in spite of overall strength, which can lead to downfall. While the mythological origin refers to a physical vulnerability, idiomatic references to other attributes or qualities that can lead to downfall are common.”

If the Top must offer the bottom a ray of hope in financing the Top for the greater good the Top must release some facts that matter to the bottom, failing to do so leaves all of humanity at each other’s throats on an equal footing.

That is a description of both the power of Nationalism World Wide, now known as Globalism, and the vulnerability of Globalism, from Top to bottom.

Each step down in Treasonous Fraud hierarchy requires from each lower level a belief in the half-truth that they too can share in absolute power over their underlings.

Those are the principles laid out before YOU.

Those are actionable facts that matter in any case of Treasonous Fraud.

A principle remains for as long as mankind is capable of acknowledging them in fact.

"There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments" (United States v. Throckmorton, 98 US 61 1878.

From Top to bottom those following the rules written with half-truths are themselves misled by the Top going down each step of the way. The compounding interests leave the bottom completely powerless in their own defense against any of the layers of oppression in place to consume them. The next layer from the bottom, at least, can feed off the bottom while paying their fee to the layer above for the privilege, and the prerogatives, of at least not being on the bottom, and then having no one LEFT to fed upon, save for fellow bottom dwellers.

Or.

One on a lower level can find the magic potion, the magic words, or the magic spell that affords them the opportunity to see a weakness in someone occupying a level above, and exploiting that loophole in the system, a lower level occupant can rise into an upper level with those unique qualities afforded to industrious Rats in the Treasonous Fraud Ranks, which ought not to be confused with what remains of free-market forces that work as a meritocracy. A famous artist rising to the top of artistry ought not to be confused with an infamous dictator rising to the top of infamy. 

The Top must be ever vigilant when dealing with those fellows on all levels, ever watchful for the next contender contending for dominant positions within the hierarchy. All threats must be accurately identified before those threats materialize in overpowering positions, for failure to see the advancing attacks will result in loss of position within the hierarchy.

The strength of Globalism is thereby that overpowering ability to keep each lower level off balance and Just Following Orders. Those finding balance are detected immediately and dealt with expediently, or failing to do so those finding balance take over the higher orders of power to rise above the lower orders of power, replacing those who were previously in those positions of higher orders of power.

All that is part of Nationalism Top-down imposed hierarchy, also known as Totalitarian Dictatorship and now Globalism.

None of that type of power accumulation has anything to do with rule of law, meritocracy, free markets, liberty, and federated republics.

Where then is the Achilles Heel of actionable defense against Globalism, and how is that Achilles Heel recognizable for those who care to know?

For those who prefer to remain within Nationalism and Totalitarian Dictatorial Hierarchy, the actionable data offered here is useless, or worse for them, it is counter-productive to their purpose in life which is to consume the weaker to gain the power to better consume the weaker defenseless bottom dwellers of Nationalism from their precarious positions at higher levels.

Actionable defensive principles preserved in human data, known in the past as The Public Record, or stare decisis, also known as precedence, and known too as codified law, affords each individual the prerogatives, privileges, powers, and duties to vigilantly detect and then hold to account all enemies of The People foreign and domestic, and that is the other half of the truth that those in Despotic Power cannot allow those under Despotic Power to know, because that knowledge will set those who know that knowledge free from Despotic Power create from and maintained by Treasonous Fraud.

An example currently working in human time is provided with the case being worked by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich in a proposed form known as a Class Action Suit.

That serves to illustrate the actionable principles, but it too is only half-true. The actionable principles illuminated by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich show the linkage between the Top power to cause injury to each individual named on the Cause of Action at Law. Each individual named in the Class Action Lawsuit is located at the crime scene where the crime was perpetrated by the Top power upon that individual victim, each one, each location, each time.

The Top reaches out from a Central Location to all the victims at their locations causing injury on purpose to them at their individual locations. 

In common law, the law of the land, which is the law codified in America in 1774, places the duty of the defender to defend against enemies of The People at the location of the crime, so as to bring together a lawful Court of Law with the accuser, the defendant, and a trial jury to adjudicate that criminal case, to defend The People as a whole from enemies foreign and domestic, in each CRIMINAL case that threats all The People. 

The half-truth about Dr. Reiner Fuellmich seeking to take defensive action with a Class Action Lawsuit in a “Civil” case is that the case is, in fact, a criminal case.

Who is protected when a criminal case is taken to a Civil Court instead of a Court of Law in a county jurisdiction? The criminal is not a criminal by this magic trick? 

The duty to defend the injury of the local population from enemies foreign and domestic, by law, is each individual suffering injury, as prosecutor themselves, bringing forward their expert witness testimony, as they have the evidence of injury done to them within themselves, that injury can be found nowhere else, it is their injury done to them by those who perpetrated that specific criminal attack upon them, the injury constitutes the evidence factually mattering in the case, they must present their evidence, their injury, to thereby have the evidence presented to the trial jurors.

Those who work tirelessly to prevent the injured from defending themselves in a local Court of Law are those who conspire with those who cause those injuries, impeding the due course of law, and obstructing justice.

Rather than depending upon the Top to police themselves, and to protect and serve us, which is a demonstrable falsehood, the whole truth places upon each victim the absolute duty to bring forward their evidence of injury to the local county common law court system of adjudication for each and every criminal case that warrants, by probable cause, defensive action against enemies foreign and domestic, those criminals currently rioting on the blood of the innocent.

The Top assumes by executive fiat all the power of adjudication both civil and criminal to their Central Location that remains hidden from all The People. The Top has lower-level fellow conspirators running Kangaroo Courts in Districts, to serve and protect the Top from defenders injured by the Top. The device used to create and maintain that Top-Down Summary Justice Court System in Districts is Treasonous Fraud. That was explained very well by Richard Henry Lee as a Legal Fiction.

These words here convey the Achilles Heel. A Class Action Criminal Lawsuit against named accused members of the Globalist Network begins in each victim's mind, in each county, in each Federated Republic in America. Each victim has a duty to bring each accused member of the Globalist Network to their local County Court of Law.

To allow “appellate jurisdiction” by Legal Fiction to move the criminal case from a County Court of Law to a District Kangaroo "Civil" Court would be to serve and protect the membership of the Globalist Network, affording those criminals free access to all The People to continue to consume at their exclusive pleasure.

Anyone along the way caught red-handed obstructing the due course of the law, bringing each victim before a County Court of Law Trial Jury, along with each named defendant, are themselves liable for prosecution in another serious criminal case involving obstruction of justice, if not misprision of treason.
