It is to make it a crime to call the cops because you see some black people having a picnic or because a black person tells you to put your dog on a leash.

What happened to the shop owner that called in George Floyd trying to pass fake currency?
@AdrianRainbow in my opinion, passing fake currency is perfectly legitimate to call authorities. Though of course the police response was ludicrous and the officers should be charged.
@JacksonNought The police response was totally professional until Floyd resisted arrest, BTW, they have been charged. Of course it's perfectly legit' to report counterfeit money, but the shop owner has had to close his business due to credible death threats. As I said, threats of violence and/or prosecution are deterrents against reporting black crime. You can even be charged for recording the incident these days, as with the case of William Bryan Jr.
