With all the news stories about drug use and suicide of the teens of today, how do you think THEY would fare in the world WE grew up in?????????????????????

Socrates was right, again, (1) why can't the human race learn from history???
(2) why does it take SOOOO much longer to become adults, now???
i grew up in the sixties and seventies. we worked hard. nothing was free. my father taught honesty first and always. most left school with grade eight and found jobs immediately. married at twenty and raised good kids. my brothers built their own homes. when i see a useless kid on dr. phil, i shut the tv off.

These kids are in for a heap of trouble and they deserve it for ignoring what is going on around them.

No one deserves that. These kids are just a product of the times around them, as with all generations. I really feel sorry for them. I dread to see the future instore for my little one...
