Do you have any issues telling 5 year old children that they are sinners who will burn in fire for eternity if they do not pledge eternal loyalty to a character they don't understand? Or that they must get dunked into water to save themselves, or eat and drink flesh and blood? As a Christian I am sure you have no problem with these, but I think brainwashing children into religion is what is sick.

@Beachslim I do not, nor do I plan on it. But if I had children, I would let them make their own choices on who can touch them, and I would not force them into brainwashing religion.

I’m not certain of where you obtain your religious doctrinal information; although, it does sound rather Catholic? (Incidentally, not a Christian organization as it does not follow the Bible) I do not subscribe to any of the things you have charged against Christians. Also, there is a world of difference between “brainwashing children into religion” and parents teaching their children their values and beliefs. I agree that every human being has the right to decide for themselves what to believe.
Do you think that parents have the right to teach their children alternatives to the state mandated situational, relative morality? Or, are human beings property of the ruling party from birth?
