The only way that the findings of the Grand Jury of the Court of Public Opinion could or would be applied with authority would be to take the Grand Jury and the Court of Public Opinion from the realm of abstraction and to take real action; ie; To Start and follow through of a real Revolution overthrowing and arresting and charging all accused who participated in this fraudulent crime against humanity.
There is no formal structure in place that would facilitate the arrests, the formal charging and the holding (Jailing) those charged.
Think about it - those who are in control and who now hold the power and authority will not voluntarily submit themselves to the purview and authority of this Grand Jury.
Only by force could those identified as participants and organizers of the "plan-demic" ever be taken into custody and held for trial.
