Thankfully having very little knowledge of child sacrifices, the only thing that comes to mind is that infants not yet walking would be thrown up into a giant red hot wok situated above a fire – there to sizzle like bacon in a hot skillet.
Is a child’s body the property of the state, the misguided parent, the exclusive property of that child only to be held in trust until said child reaches a competent age of maturity?
