Apart from all the other egregious inappropriate acts of law-fare, being perpetrated by leftists in America against their political opponent(s), due-process appears to encapsulate them all.
Throughout this immediate leftist campaign against liberty, due-process is the nexus that connects the ”presumption of innocence” with a ‘defendants’ equally important right to a speedy-trial.
Otherwise an innocent defendant could, and would, languish in prison indefinitely awaiting a trial that very well may never come.
The right to a speedy trial is a defendant’s right and not the prosecutor’s that’s intended to prevent false indefinite incarceration on the mere accusation(s) of corrupt prosecutors. In this case the defendant’s due-process right of speedy trial is corruptly being used against them by corrupt leftist prosecutors.
All I’m trying to point out is the leftist political law-fare to be willfully blind to the fact that President Trump hasn’t been found guilty of insurrection. This in spite of him having stood trial and found innocent of it by Congress. Which brings up yet another due-process right President Trump has against repeatedly being tried for the same thing until a guilty verdict can be secured against him.
Can our country withstand this leftist onslaught of judicial political partisanship long enough for the populist element to cleanse it?
PS1. The true struggle at hand, for simplification sake, is one of Capitalism against the takeover by Socialism.
