Anyone with a brain should have responded with curiosity to Venezuela's failure and looked into the past. Failure to do so shows the desire only to believe in the unbelievable, and risk everyone else in the process. Such people are dangerous. Their enthusiasm is as genuine as their ignorance is complete. They are to be distrusted, especially with public office.

No one can name one valid case where socialism has benefited the country, making it stronger economically and creating greater health and welfare of the people.
For those who say "it has never been done right", I'd ask why. And if it has never been done right, then it WILL NEVER be done right because people aren't getting more virtuous, they're getting more evil.
Everywhere socialism has been, it has left death and destruction in its wake - to the tune of millions upon millions. It's a failed/flawed religion/theory just like evolution - it takes more faith to believe in it than to believe in the unseen Creator God. There's so much more proof against it (socialism & evolution) being viable than there is for it.
