Before Kennedy and the increasingly divisive influence of media, the political pendulum swung left and right fairly peacefully. Politicians fought the perpetual ideological war, and few of us were even aware it was being waged.
I’m not sure, having 320 million Americans waging political war is a good thing. The results are the same except for the divisions.
It’s OK Keep your opinions to yourself and vote.
All this strife is accomplished nothing.
Love and respect your fellow man. Live and let live.

This is an incredibly brave exploration of the failings of both sides of the political spectrum.
It would be extremely difficult to find anyone, on either side, who can prove or even adequately defend the divisions, that strict adherence to their side, leads to.
It is therefore, logical to infer that, like religious dogma and zealotry, it is the tribal nature of denying the existence of any truth or moral equality of the opposing viewpoint, that is the source of our divisions.
Trump has brought identity politics to the surface and exposed the evil in both sides.
The left can’t fathom how anyone could possibly like the orange guy.
Most of us don’t. We just dislike him less than we dislike the extremists who have turned the left into the downward spiraling circus that allowed Marxism to exterminate a hundred million souls.
I challenge you to listen to this, with an open mind, in search of constructive outcome.
It is long and tedious, and so filled with the booby traps that media uses to trigger moral outrage, that it can never be dealt with fairly by either side.
The fact is that, there are inherent flaws in both philosophies, that neither side is willing to admit.
I am searching for truth, which is ephemeral and subjective and seemingly impossible to find without stumbling over our own prejudices.
Listen with a positive, unbiased, anti tribal purely intellectual objectivity; or don’t bother.
