If not for reproductive capability male and female humans would be different species. So why do we expect their communications with one another to be understood the same?
Men don’t actually expect a safety net for themselves as that’s just not something historically provided them by nature.
There are women capable of supervising men, but they do seem to be a rare commodity. The key to supervising men is simply to state what needs doing then get out of the way so they can get it done.
“Bossy” is a low resolution alternative word for belligerent and/or rude – at least that’s the way men understand it. Men understandably don’t like speaking childishly to anyone being paid more than themselves. Such disparities will cause men to lean back and allow failures to happen.
You’ve heard the phrase “money won’t buy you love” haven’t you? Well the converse is true in the productive world where ‘love won’t buy you money.’ It’s rather like visualizing women hunting dinosaurs with bikinis – a tasty snack for the dinosaur. The dinosaur doesn’t care if they wear bikinis other than it might be less cloth to digest.
To accurately understand family structure it might be advantageous to watch a pride of lions for a while? The one thing I don’t remember seeing in a pride of lions is entitled victim-hood.
PS. Entitlement doesn’t translate well in the real world!
