It appears that if you are a patient and conduct yourself with a modicum of civility, then this shouldn't be a problem. If you are a patient that will act atrociously, yell profanities, and act like an asshole towards the medical staff, then you may want to reconsider. I don't see them scouring social media to see if you are racist or sexist.
In the US, not too long ago, it was only a misdemeanor to assault medical staff in a hospital. Thankfully, they changed it to a felony. They still have to endure abusive behavior, there's no law covering that, but hospitals have been known to ban or 'fire' continually abusive patients.

- Racist or sexist language, gestures or behaviour.
- Excessive noise.
- Abuse of alcohol or drugs.
- Threatening and offensive language.
- Malicious allegations.
- Intentional damage to trust property.

So it sounds like the person/party providing care has the leeway to make an on-the-spot decision. Pretty crazy....
Is this for real? I'm sure there would be some sort of objective criteria applied, along with appropriate checks and balances, right? Right?
Imagine decisions about lifesaving treatment resting in the hands of some bureaucrat.
