Meditation is my suggestion so long as the meaning of the word is understood as a conscious effort to know better from worse.
The degrading effects of the modern world are rooted in the lies told and believed by the people that constitute the modern world.
We are forcibly, coercively, deceptively booted up with a false operating system at birth that is summed up as:
Do unto others before others can do unto you those things that you yourself would defend against having people do those same things to you.
I call that the operating system for members of The Cult of Might Makes Right.
The natural order of human existence is summed up on the following words that describe the naturally born Operating System of Mankind (human conscience):
Do unto others that which you would have others do to you.
Meditation (as defined above) can help each individual move out of the box that enslaves them (the false operating system) and help each individual move into a freedom of mind, which then moves to freedom of action, creativity, adaptability, productivity, cooperative competition, as each individual finds their own way to stardom as they alone are capable of defining on their own authority.
