Germany is getting its ass kicked by Russia. You would think this would bring them to their senses.

I seriously doubt that the climate has anything to do with their machinations except as a convenient excuse to destroy.

Its easy to get discouraged with the news. We've learned nothing from Germany's failures with renewable energy. It impoverishes people and countries. An Iron Triiangle of eco-fanatics, public utilities looking for subsidies, and politicians marches enexoably onwards.. Like most invented religions, it makes no sense when examined closely.
