The Monopoly of Presidential Precedent Fraud can be explained in no uncertain terms as Passing the BAR.

If one independent individual could provide to every other independent individual everything everyone ever cared for, wanted, desired, even lusted after, faster, with the highest quality and lowest cost, better than every other competitor, including each and every consumer of the product or service provided by the one monopolist, then that Monopoly of Presidential Precedent would exist in fact and in no uncertain terms.

As soon as a want, need, or desire manifests internally within the individual consumer, the supplier has already delivered the desired supply, leaving all competition far behind, unwanted, not needed, and superfluous in the extreme.

No one would make a move to do anything other than consume the provisions provided by the monopoly provider.

Extreme far Right or Left on the range between absolute monopoly and absolute individual independence of political economy.

As soon as one independent individual made the slightest move to provide for themselves, independently, that is the moment when the absolute monopoly ends, in fact, however, the only independent individual moving at that moment would be the only one POTENTIALLY aware of the end of the monopoly.

I protected and served myself, at the expense of no one, because I don’t even know anyone else, or care to know anyone else, alone on my island completely separated from all other independent individuals.

I am the President Presiding over my own wants and needs, my supplies, my quality, and my costs, setting a Presidential Precedent with every move I make, from birth to death, a fully functioning absolute, arbitrary Monopoly of ONE, at the cost of no one else, ever.

If the monopoly is fraudulent, then anyone moving on their own authority would POTENTIALLY not know that they effectively end the monopoly, ignorant of the boundaries enforced, stepping out of line to make a better choice.

I had enough of Emperor Caligula’s torture, so I stood up and declared no more, a Presidential Precedent of epic proportions.

Check your kind offer of more of the same torture, at the door of Liberty, all you Caligula Wannabes.

Give me Liberty, or YOU face the whole truth equal footing foundation consequences.

If each independent individual thinks that they have to pass a fictional BAR to gain the authority to compete against the monopoly, taking morally justifiable matters into their own hands independently, then despite all evidence that confirms independent thought, and independent action, to satisfy a want or need, the VICTIM of fraud is made to believe in the dependence of having to pass a Fictional BAR to become capable of performing Presidential Precedents, giving to The People that which the people need, which is whatever each individual independently decides on their own authority that they do, in fact, need, such as something worth fighting for, such as Liberty from the monopoly of National Legal Fiction FRAUD.

"It is not merely the number of impeachments, that are to be expected to make public officers honest and attentive in their business. A general opinion must pervade the community, that the house, the body to impeach them for misconduct, is disinterested, and ever watchful for the public good; and that the judges who shall try impeachments, will not feel a shadow of biass. Under such circumstances, men will not dare transgress, who, not deterred by such accusers and judges, would repeatedly misbehave. We have already suffered many and extensive evils, owing to the defects of the confederation, in not providing against the misconduct of public officers. From their high sounding promises, men are led to expect a defence of it, and to have their doubts removed. President Richard Henry Lee presided over the republics federated, speaking on behalf of the independent individual members of the public, in each of the federated republics.
