For that reason I hereby submit that a Constitutional Amendment be put to the vote of the people of The United States of America with the National Election to be held for President this year of 2020. Such Constitutional Amendment to provide for the Impeachment, with or without cause, of any Justice of The United States of America by a superseding vote of the National Electorate properly put to their vote to accompany any duly held National Election. Such vote to be on impeachment only & not an election to the bench.
It is quite obvious that the Judiciary of The United States Government has been politically compromised to the point of legislating rather than judging based on existing legislated law(s) by the appropriate Branch of government designated to legislate law(s). Judiciary appointment(s), as stands are far too powerful, subject to political packing of the courts and, are without reasonable redress.
The Executive Branch is without authority to legislate; and that power is also inappropriate for the Judicial Branch as well.
Concentrated Centralization of Power is a tenet of Totalitarianism – not The United States of America.

I will stand for what is right and speak out. If we all do, Democrats will realize they lack the support to oppose it, just as happened when Reagan was President, and the people were not apathetic as they are today.
Most people fail to realize that we are getting close to the point when we no longer have the right to vote. If we don't now, when it matters, we are just accepting socialism - exactly the way they did in the Bolshevik Revolution, Nazi Germany, the Cultural Revolution, the Congo, the Balkans, Cuba, Venezuela. Go ahead. Just stand by and let it happen... again.

I agree with all of this but I also know that Democrats won't vote for anything that actually puts power back into the hands of the people--Republicans either for that matter.
