@DaveO276 Do we really need to make it that complicated when people like Posobiec are acting as an intermediary between (mainstream) Trump and (white supremacist) Richard Spencer and echoing the latter's rhetoric?
@WilyRickWiles As I understand it, Spencer (an actual white supremacist) and his cronies tried to create a public perception that he was a Trump associate, in an effort to make himself relevant, and that Posobiec was heavily involved in efforts to counter that false narrative.
The SPLC article contains a lot of innuendo and jumps to conclusions about Posobiec's alleged association with Richard Spencer. Being in the same place at the same time as another person, doesn't make someone an ally. Even engaging in a conversation doesn't make someone an ally, as evidenced by our interaction here.
