It is... I'm trying to prevent you because as far as I can see here, it's pretty much detachments that allows these type of stuff to happen. And it's exactly what I'm perceiving in your country lately. I wish people would speak up and go back to what it used to be. It used to be such a great country.

@CHFandango I'm in Mexico. In my opinion, this is actually a global problem because it will definitely trickle down to us, whatever happens.

@A1fredo hi greetings from the UK. From where I stand there is the belief that it is more achievable to become El Chapo than an incorruptible official in Mexico. There is no merit in the abhorance that is a state official other than a man, albeit questionable, of the people. Both are corruptive and abhorrent to human existence but at least one identifies with the other. I cannot walk in your shoes but salvation lies within. I wish you and all your countrymen well

@CHFandango Thanks. Yeah, no, this is an awful hopeless place. You cannot become either. Those are the elites and you're just not welcomed to their parties. The cartels and the government are one, like a puppeteer and the puppet. It is hard enough already to get by food, that's why I worry so much about all this global stuff. The media are already actively trying to brainwash us too, and governmental officials already started proposing socialism here. There is absolutely nothing anybody we can do here, he have no voice at all (not that Mexicans are all eager to do something about it either,) that's why I bank more on trying to help the people from the first world, who actually can do something...

@A1fredo I am so sorry to hear that but there is hope and there are many in your nation that are worker ants and have all the power you have just been deceived. Watch as the west does not fall and it will not. We are already beginning the backlash here in England and take heart for we worker ants from every nation who truly believe in freedom are unstoppable because we are right. We believe in every human beings rights to Liberty none more than the uk and USA and we will not be defeated. Watch as we quash everything we have achieved being taken from us we have supported the world in our belief of freedom and we will be victorious in this also and when it’s all played out you can follow in our footsteps and it is not because we are privileged or biased it is because we are on the side of what is right for everyone not just the few.

Indeed. But I would suggest it goes deeper than that. We have become way too complacent with selfishness, and not caring for others. And I get backlash to this, because we aren't willing to even consider an idea that would mean we have to actually do something about something. We just like to talk about what others must do better.

@A1fredo Not sure what I can do other than participate in elections. Legalize drugs, build a border wall, execute murderers and hunt down criminals without mercy (mercy should be left to the mayors, governors, presidents...).

Was thinking that with the cold war with China starting up, we will need to expand our industrial base and Mexico would be a good choice to take advantage of that opportunity if not for this criminal enterprise.

@RobBlair I'm afraid Mexico will probably go down the same path. We are importing all of the intersectional nonsense. They proposed an UBI equivalent, government officials have started to propose communism already, and the media are even actively making propaganda with the purpose of polarizing us. It's just like in 2014 in here for us.

I'm not sure if I wanna keep trying to motivate people to do stuff as it seems to be for not, but I think there's so much you and everybody else can do. You see, the craziest let themselves live the fantasies their emotions are convincing them that they live in. And so they do all they can as they live in this revolutionary situation. The way I see it, you, us, the other side we don't seem to be willing to let ourselves into the mindset that we are in a war, and that we need to do something. Without the mindset we won't do anything. The left has been doing stupid and damaging things over and over, and they're winning. Why? Because we do nothing. If we were willing to believe it's upon us to defend your nation (and by consequence, mine,) you guys need to be willing to take the part and do something. Every little thing that we do matters since it will be big enough to compete with the other side's efforts. We just need to get involved. Ans there certainly is many, many ways to do so for everybody.

I don't expand because I may have lost you already. Not because of you, man, but I'm tired of being mocked for wanting to actually do something ..

@A1fredo - I think we should remain optimistic and happy when we can afford to be. There are more quiet wise people than seems apparent.
