Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.When I saw that CNN retweet from Ben Shapiro picturing the "Fiery But Mostly Peaceful Protests", I thought it was a joke. I mean, there's no way CNN would plant a reporter in the middle of buildings ablaze and gunshots/ fireworks heard in the background with that headline. Right?
NBA? I've seen a few different posts that they should put their money into these trashed communities and condem the violence. Even with all that I've pretty much given up on 99% of all athletes and celebrities.
As far as arming up and protecting the streets? Honestly, I'm torn. Partly because I see how it makes things worse. But, if the cops are being held back then that only leaves the citizens to protect themselves. Plus, from the clips I've seen, it seems that they aren't seeking out conflict.
Don't get me wrong, I'm 100% supportive of protecting your family, community, and property. I'm talking about arming up and taking to the streets, or even traveling out of your state to go. I'm open to perspectives either way on that.

I wonder if they are waiting for a pivotal moment to call the dogs off and claim peacemaking privilege to win approval they will of course throw all the previous behaviour down the memory hole and with the help of their media cronies will be able to spin this whole fiasco into a win. The trouble will occur when BLM and Antifa have tasted blood, power and the subjugation of these communities will they then bite them and not want to let go. Perhaps this has been the plan all along but the genie is truly out of the bottle and someone has thrown away the cork.
