The New SJW Religion: Same Old Original Sin Tricks
I'm beginning to grow weary of the idea that intolerance of intolerance is okay, because this idea simply gives people an excuse to mistreat others. To do this, all you do is find some way that they don't agree with you politically, and it's THEN okay to then label them as "haters" of SOME group (and there's always another of these). Now, you've set them up to be targets of anything you like. They're Nazis. Fascists. Racists. Homophobes. Islamophobes. Transgenderphobes. The Other. Whatever you want to do to them is fine, as tit for tat. Harass them while dining. Get them fired. Beat them up like Brown Shirts did to opposition in 1933.
But ultimately, that won't work. You don't know what you're preventing, if anything. Between the thought and the action, there lies the shadow. And liberals believe it's a very broad one. That guy shouting and spitting about some group, in the park corner? He'll probably feel better after some sleep. Or a drink. Or a pill. He's not necessarily planning to build concentration camps, and there's no point in acting like you're storming Normandy Beach when you go and confront him. Let him alone.
You see, Jesus was right all along. Hating the haters is NOT okay. And certainly punching them is not. Let them hate all they like, so long as they're peaceful. Remember the shadow. We all hate something and we need to get it out of our systems. So long as disgust is used as a sort of new-age Original Sin, we all have it. Using it as a weapon leaves us open to starting violence out of fear, and making a the New Catholic Church and another version of the Inquisition (or on the Commie/atheist side, the Chinese Cultural Revolution). With BLM and antifa, we're already nearly there. Don't do it. True liberalism is the answer.

The woke think that passion and caring deeply is all that matters. Not caring matters because then you can think. Because the woke are primarily driven by passion all they think that matters is they win. Our nations founders knew how divisive the abuse of religion was and how dangerous the nefarious hijacking of religious passion could be. So they created firewall structures to keep it in check.
I do not think framing them as Nazi's is accurate. That fits the CCP in China.
