Glad to see a few stand up. Greenwald changed my views on a subject during the Iraq war with an article. I actually sent an email thanking him, my only email to a journalist ever.

I read Greenwalds article he had intended to publish on The Intercept, his resignation letter, and The Intercepts response. It was really interesting. I really appreciate people like him, Megyn Kelly, and Barri Weiss, who still have that precious nose for news left in them.
I've been fairly preachy about my stance on single minded news. I don't expect my news to only say awesome things about Trump and bad things about Biden. I just want to see a bigger variety of nuance, unabashed investigative journalism, and all those other nosey often times annoying traits reporters used to have.
It is tricky to meld politics and media these days. The difference between Democrats and Republicans seems like oil and water to me. I'm hoping maybe after the election some of the bitterness may die down a bit?
Yeah... probably not so much.
Still, it's nice to see some who find the craft and content of their material to have a greater importance than only producing one sided views.
