If you are discussing law and order I see no need to start by discussing Capitalism and Communism.
Communism is a political and economic ideology that positions itself in opposition to liberal democracy and Capitalism, advocating instead for a classless system in which the means of production are owned communally and private property is nonexistent or severely curtailed. Both of which are not exactly systems of law and order.

No, what i mean by law & order-y is like the TV show. it starts with a graphic almost parodying it. i am about to be done uploading the draft and you will see. this is meant for the initial narration like in the show. just a framing device.
