I believe that statement is absolutely true. No voting system deleted or lost anything, anyone who has any experience with SQL database knows it takes very specific commands from a user to do such things. There was no "glitch", Either the program was coded to shift votes (unlikely since if anyone was to inspect the code it would be exposed) or the database was manipulated INTENTIONALLY by someone accessing it and commanding it to do so.

It should, but there are those only interested in winning no matter what. Those not interested in honest elections are un-American as that's big part of what makes America different.
