20.11.28.0008Sa I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND? Why there isn’t immediate standing for action(s) to be brought in United States Federal Court(s) bypassing state courts from the beginning.
Why doesn’t this election fraud fall squarely under the RICO Act (Racketeering Influenced & Corrupt Organizations Act). Is there any question that votes weren’t tallied outside of the applicable state(s)? Seems to me that Germany is not only Interstate it’s International. So why do any of these actions even need to be first heard in a state court? I could possibly understand state court filings if the votes hadn’t crossed state lines – but that’s not the admitted case.
Admittedly politics has imbued itself at every level of the United States judiciary with the one possible exception of the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States)? And make no mistake, ALL other courts fall under the purview of SCOTUS (The Supreme Court of the United States) – again, check your United States Constitution.
Bottom line is that the Constitution of the United States is the final word in all these matters of corruption even though “useful idiot” agents are at work from all directions to convince otherwise.
Justice is supposed to be wearing a blindfold so as to not recognize political position(s) & not a Covid-19 face mask that’s used to muzzle the electorate.
PS. I bring this up also because this coordinated election fraud is CRIMINAL & NOT JUST A CIVIL MATTER!
PS. Watch this on Google/Youtube which has the nerve to attach a disclaimer asserting Joe Biden won – bypassing the electoral college & the judiciary.
