That doesn't mean the outcome was changed by Russian hacking, votes were changed or destroyed or anything. It just means there was a clear campaign by Russian trolls to spread disinformation and try to influence the election. It happened in 2016, it happened in 2020. Just look at Krunoslav, from Croatia, who posts anti-Biden essays on this site daily.
